   Known as the historic Seeley Furniture building, 1800 Brand will undergo a major renovation and conversion of the building. Stylish commercial office space and retail storefronts will replace the former warehouse and event space. However, plans allow for preservation of the building’s structural and historic integrity through extensive restoration of its original bow- truss ceilings, brick and timber interiors and the much loved exterior facade.
